Another medal to add to the collection!

Andrew placed in the top 20 out of the top 100 teams at the USA Barbecue Championships in Las Vegas! Competitors included Johnny Trig (Smokin’ Triggers) and Myron Mixon (Jack’s Old South) and Harry Soo (Slap Yo’ Daddy) from TLC’s Barbecue Pitmasters. Andrew finished as the top Idaho team.

He also placed fourth in the Idaho State Barbecue Championships, winning 2nd place chicken, 2nd place pork, and 4th place ribs. Andrew again finished as the top Idaho team.

    Our catering rocks! Even without a restaurant, we still have the best ribs in town. Boise Weekly recently named us as the "Best Bones to Go" in the 2009 Best of Boise Editor's Choice edition.     We offer both full service Catering and Drop-off
    If you need full service catering, we can provide our tables, chaffing dishes and servers. We set up the buffet and clean up the mess so you can enjoy your party. For more casual events, we'll drop off the food in disposable trays to make clean up easier for you. Please place your order at least one week in advance. Minimum order $100 (approximately ten people)
