All orders are delivered, as we no longer have a retail location.  We deliver 7 days a week.  Since barbecue is slow cooked over apple and hickory wood in our smokers, it takes a long time to make each order.  Please place your orders at least three days in advance.

    There is no minimum order! Call today to reserve your dinner or lunch. We deliver throughout the Treasure Valley. 938-0008

    We offer both Catering and Drop-off
    If you need full service catering, we can provide our tables, chaffing dishes and servers. We set up the buffet and clean up the mess so you can enjoy your party. For more casual events, we'll drop off the food in disposable trays to make clean up easier for you. Please place your order at least three days in advance.
